About Denby Hire

Denby Hire specialise in providing a quality service of Catering Equipment for Events Private or Business Occasions serving within the Yorkshire area. Our experienced team can help guide you through any equipment requirements, complimenting every function, from a large corporate banquet to a small private function. Our premises are conveniently situated just off J39 of the M1, offering warehouse storage facilities. This provides us with the option of being able to store and check the equipment prior to scheduled deliveries and upon returns. We pride ourselves on our service and commitment to our clients and we endeavour to solve any issues that may arise promptly and with minimal disruption to the service.

You can collect, or we can deliver your hire

You can collect your hire from us at our showroom which is conveniently located close to Junction 39 of the M1.

The hire period

Our standard period of hire is 3 days. A longer period can be easily arranged for an extra hire fee.

Washing items before returning

You can wash your items before they are returned or a 20% fee is chargeable for unwashed items.


A 25% deposit plus VAT of the hire fee paid online is required when placing an order. On receipt of the order we will invoice the outstanding balance plus a charge of 30% of the hire value to cover breakage/loss, refundable when goods have been returned and checked. The outstanding balance plus the charge must be paid in full 3 days prior to hire period. Payment can be made by BACS, card or cleared cheque.
